[Derry Office] Dr. Gittleman received his doctor of medicine degree from UCONN School of Medicine in Farmington, Connecticut and completed an internship and residency in Family Medicine at Middlesex Hospital in Middletown, CT.
He is certified by the American Board of Family Practice, and has been practicing family medicine in New Hampshire for many years. Dr. Gittleman is located at DMC Primary Care’s Derry office at 6 Tsienneto Road and he is welcoming new patients of all ages.
Dr. Gittleman is currently seeing patients at 14 A Tsienneto Road, Derry on the third floor.
