[DMC Specialty & Wellness] A native of New Hampshire, Halary Patch (formerly LeBlanc) received her Bachelor of Nursing from Colby-Sawyer College in New London, NH, and her Master of Nursing from Boston College in Massachusetts. With extensive experience as a cardiac nurse at Massachusetts General Hospital, Halary is a cardiology nurse practitioner. In addition to managing DMC cardiology patients, she performs cardiology related testing at Derry Imaging Center.
Currently a resident of Windham, NH, Halary is looking forward to meeting new patients from southern New Hampshire and the surrounding areas..
