[Londonderry Office] Allison Moore received her Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Sciences from the University of New Hampshire, Durham, NH and her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences (MCPHS) in Manchester, NH.
In addition to family medicine, Allison also has a background in diabetes management, weight management and lifestyle medicine. She is a key member of DMC’s Diabetes Management team, working with patients who have been diagnosed with diabetes (Type 1 and Type 2) and pre-diabetes.
When not at work, Allison likes to spend time with her family outdoors, hiking, boating, and skiing.
Allison is welcoming patients of all ages in our Londonderry office.
