In addition to regular, in -person visits, DMC Primary Care also offers telehealth visits to our patients. We understand that on occasion, you may not be able to come into the office.

Telehealth is appropriate for evaluation of a non-emergent medical issue, monitoring a chronic condition, or making sure a new medication is working. It is a convenient way for our patients to remain connected with their primary care team in between office visits.

You can do a telehealth visit using your smartphone or landline phone.

Important Note: Due to revised federal and commercial insurance regulations following the COVID 19 Pandemic, patients are required to physically be located in the state of NH at the time of their telehealth appointment. If you are not able to be in NH during your televisit, please be sure to call 603-537-1300 at least 24-hours prior to your scheduled appointment to reschedule.
