[Dover Office] Dr. Chakraborty earned her medical degree (MD) at Calcutta National Medical College, Kolkata, India. She completed her Family Medicine residency at Portsmouth Regional Hospital/Tufts University School of Medicine. She is a member of American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP).
