[Dover Office] Dr. Chakraborty earned her medical degree (MD) at Calcutta National Medical College, Kolkata, India. She completed her Family Medicine residency at Portsmouth Regional Hospital/Tufts University School of Medicine. She is certified by ABFM and a member of AAFP.
She believes in building lasting relationships with her patients and providing compassionate, personalized care. Her clinical interests include chronic disease management, cardiovascular risk reduction, and comprehensive gynecologic care. She is passionate about helping patients achieve their health goals through shared decision-making and evidence-based medicine.
