[Derry Office] Jay Sahasakmontri is a family nurse practitioner who provides patient-centered care to individuals across the lifespan. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology from Keene State College, followed by his Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science, Family Nurse Practitioner, from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences (MCPHS). Jay brings strong acute care experience to his practice, having worked as an EMT and as an emergency room nurse.
His approach to care emphasizes respecting individual choices while promoting wellness, preventing illness, and supporting quality of life at every stage of life. Jay is also a key member of DMCs Sleep Medicine Team.
Outside of work, Jay enjoys spending time with family, staying active, and traveling.
Jay is accepting new patients of all ages in our Derry office. He looks forward to meeting you and your family!
