[Dover Office] Dr. Kelsey Mellow is a family medicine physician dedicated to providing compassionate, whole-person care for patients of all ages. Originally from Delaware, she earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Delaware and her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (PCOM). She completed her residency training at Corewell Health in Farmington Hills, Michigan.
Dr. Mellow’s clinical interests include preventive care, chronic disease management, lifestyle medicine, and sports medicine. She offers a range of in-office procedures such as skin biopsies, joint injections, and osteopathic manipulative treatment (OMT). Her practice philosophy centers on building strong patient relationships and delivering evidence-based care through education and shared decision-making.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Mellow enjoys being outdoors, exercising, cooking, and painting. She has also contributed original medical illustrations to peer-reviewed surgical journals and textbooks, combining her passion for healthcare with the arts.
