[DMC at Home] Rebecca Joyce, APRN, earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from the University of New Hampshire, Durham, NH, and her Master of Science in Nursing from Boston College, Boston, MA.
Rebecca has a special interest in polypharmacy management, fall reduction, and chronic pain care. Her philosophy centers on understanding what matters most to each patient and working together to achieve meaningful health goals. With extensive experience caring for a wide variety of older adults, she is passionate about supporting them through every stage of aging. She is a compassionate and experienced provider dedicated to helping her patients optimize function and quality of life as they age.
As part of the DMC at Home program, Rebecca provides home visits supporting patients who are unable to come into the office, helping ensure they receive personalized care in the comfort of their own homes.
Outside of work, Rebecca loves spending time outdoors and enjoys canoeing, skating, hiking, gardening, biking, and even shoveling snow. A self-described “newbie gardener,” she happily welcomes gardening tips. She is also the proud mom of three active kids who keep her on the go.
