Becoming an adult is a big deal! Now that you 18, you are an adult patient, and we need to update your information in our system.

This means that all communications from DMC will go directly to you and be private. And while YOU are always welcome to share information with your parents, we can no longer do so without your permission.

You can still see the same provider and go to the same DMC office!
