Robert Dorf, DO, FAAFP
[Londonderry Office] Dr. Dorf earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Muhlenberg College, Allentown, PA and his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine, Biddeford, ME. He has been a board certified family medicine physician since 2001.
He enjoys all aspects of family medicine and has a special interest in pediatrics, geriatrics, musculoskeletal medicine, veteran care, and behavioral health.
Dr. Dorf emphasizes the importance of taking care of the whole person and encourages proactive health and wellness to prevent disease. He says that, “Getting to know people and understanding their world better makes for more effective care.”
In his free time, Dr. Dorf enjoys spending time with his wife and three children. He also enjoys computers, reading, soccer, cars, hiking and skiing.

[Windham Office] Adam received his Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from Minnesota State University, and Master of Science in Health and Human Performance from University of Tennessee, Chattanooga. He earned his BSN (Nursing) from University of West Georgia and his Master of Science in Nursing: Family Nurse Practitioner from Duquesne University.
He has a special interest in helping patients with diabetes and in sports medicine. He encourages his patients to discuss their concerns with him so that he can work with them to create a plan that works for them.
In his free time, Adam enjoys watching football, grilling, exercising, traveling and watching TV.

Douglas Phelan, DO, MPH, FAAFP
[Windham Office] Dr. Phelan earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from La Salle University in Philadelphia, PA. He earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Philadelphia PA and completed his family medicine residency at the NH Dartmouth Family Medicine Residency in Concord, NH. Dr. Phelan subsequently completed the Leadership Preventive Medicine Residency at Dartmouth-Hitchcock and holds a Master’s Degree in Public Health (MPH) from The Dartmouth Institute for Health Policy and Clinical Practice.
On behalf of his colleagues and his patients, he is active in organized medicine. Dr. Phelan serves as a board member for the New Hampshire Academy of Family Physicians and an alternate delegate for the state to the national AAFP.
Dr. Phelan believes that Family Medicine is equal parts science and art. He promises to bring the best current medical evidence to bear to make shared decisions that help you to achieve your health goals.
He is also an avid vocalist and musician with a passion for trivia. When not in the office, he enjoys time with his wife and their rescue dog, Chance.

Kendra Huckins, APRN, FNP-C
[Wellness & Specialty Office] Kendra earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Keene State College, Keene, NH and her Master’s in Nursing from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences University, Family Nurse Practitioner, Boston, MA. Kendra’s prior experience as an RN and a nurse practitioner is in emergency medicine.
As a family nurse practitioner at DMC, Kendra primarily sees our Medicare patients for their Annual Wellness Exams. She also enjoys providing acute care and other forms of preventative care and has a strong passion for women’s health.
Outside the office, Kendra loves being home – home decorating, hosting gatherings, cooking and spending time with her husband, young daughter and French Bulldog. She enjoys taking care of herself through exercise… doing spin classes, barre, and weight training.
Kendra’s philosophy of care:
“ I’d like to assure my patients that they will be listened to and always feel cared for. My perspective on providing care is to look at the patient for their whole being, and always see the full picture. If I can’t provide the answer to a concern one has, I’ll be sure to get the answer for them and steer them in the right direction.”

Becca Hicks, APRN, FNP-BC
[Wellness & Specialty Office) Becca received her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Cedarville University in Ohio, and her Master of Science in Nursing from Simmons University in Boston. She gained extensive experience in adult cardiac care in the hospital setting before transitioning to primary care. Becca has a special interest in working with older adults and enjoys caring for the “whole person”, working with her patients to treat illness first from prevention and empowering her patients with education and resources to meet their individual health goals. She looks forward to building lasting bonds with her patients and their support systems.
In her spare time, Becca enjoys cooking and many outdoor activities including hiking, snowboarding, kayaking, and gardening.

Jessica Payeur, APRN, FNP-C
[Raymond Office] Jessica earned her BSN from Saint Anselm College, Manchester, NH and her MSN from Regis College in Weston, MA. With a background in critical care, she brings a depth of knowledge and experience to DMC. Jessica sees patients of all ages with acute needs and for regular preventative visits.
She has a passion for patient-centered holistic care, motivating patients to become active members in their healthcare. Jessica resides in Barrington, NH with her husband and children.
