Chef Chris began experimenting with food and ingredient concepts from a very young age.  While his mother prepared traditional Haitian cuisine, he would be sitting on the floor combining herbs and spices with a mortar and pestle. After graduating Cum Laude at Johnson and Wales culinary school, he furthered his explorations into an eclectic menu of international flavors and ingredients, with a growing interest in farm-to-table cuisine. Chef Chris was the winner of the Farm Fresh Challenge in 2016 and was a featured Chef at the Martha’s Vineyard Wine Festival in 2016.  He will be the Chef du Cuisine at Cabonnay, a new restaurant due to open in Manchester, NH in 2017.
