Patients needing to schedule a routine, urgent, or sick appointment in our Derry or Londonderry office can do so by simply dialing (603) 537-1300 and pressing Option 1. Sick and urgent appointments are scheduled based upon the patient’s illness severity. All calls are screened by our Triage Team to determine the urgency of each appointment. Such visits are normally scheduled within 2-24 hours, with a Doctor, Nurse Practitioner or Physicians Assistant, depending on the patient’s needs. A provider is available 24 hours a day to manage emergencies or problems that cannot wait to be seen in the office. After hours, patient calls are accepted by our answering service, which will contact the provider on call.

Payment Policy

DMC Primary Care participates with most major Insurance Companies. Click here for a complete list of insurances that we accept. All co-payments are expected at the time of service and outstanding balances must be paid prior to office visits, unless payment arrangements have been made with the business office. Insurance cards must be brought to your scheduled appointment (or copy of enrollment form, if insurance is new). All HMO insurances must indicate a DMC Primary Care Provider on the card. Please have this information ready prior to scheduling your appointment. If this information is not available it will result in a delay of obtaining an appointment, or you will be responsible for full payment at the time of the office visit.
